MANAGER CALL TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Service Delivery & Scope All calls will be conducted via Zoom or Google Meet (your choice). Upon finalization of call request, you will receive a link to schedule your time slot. The session is fully customizable: you may provide an agenda or request that the Manager structure the call based on professional expertise. This call does not guarantee specific industry results (e.g., record deals) nor constitute a legal representation agreement.

2. Scheduling & Lateness

  • Arrival: Please arrive on time. The call concludes at the scheduled end time regardless of when the Client joins.

  • Grace Period: If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, the session will be considered a "No-Show" and the session fee will be forfeited.

3. Rescheduling Policy To respect the time of our managers, the following policy applies to all Reschedules:

  • Rescheduling Notice: We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a call.

  • Late Rescheduling: Reschedule requests made within 24 hours of the start time are at the manager’s discretion and may not eligible for a reschedule.

4. Cancellation Policy To respect the time of our managers, the following policy applies to all Cancellations:

  • Prior to 5 days: If you cancel your session more than 5 business days in advance, you are eligible for a full refund.

  • Within 5-2 days: If you cancel your session within 5-2 business days in advance, you are eligible for a 50% refund.

  • Within 2 days: If you cancel your session within 2 business days or less, you are no longer eligible for a refund.

  • Completed Sessions: Once a consultation has taken place, all sales are final as the work has been done. We do not offer refunds based on subjective satisfaction or the nature of the advice given, as you are paying for the Manager’s time and expertise.

  • No-Shows: Missed appointments without notice are strictly non-refundable.

5. Technical Requirements & Conduct It is the Client's responsibility to ensure a stable internet connection. Sessions shortened due to client-side technical issues will not be extended. We reserve the right to terminate the call immediately without refund if the Client engages in abusive or inappropriate behavior with one of our managers.

6. Disputes If you have a dispute, reach out to management@ghosrocketmusic.com where we will do our best to resolve any issues directly with you, so that you don’t have to fight with banks. We are an artist-friendly company who is offering these calls as a sign of respect & a gift to our creative community. We are not obligated to provide these services to anyone. Please respect us in return by openly communicating with us for any conflict resolution.
