Artist Business / Corporation Setup

You will receive:

1. A fully compliant, legally registered Artist Business Entity (ie: LLC, INC, etc).

2. A State/Provincial/National registered business name (filing fees not included)

3. A registered agent (fees not included)

4. Articles of Incorporation and/or Organization

5. IRS EIN / Rev-Can Tax numbers

You will submit us a survey with all applicable information required, we will complete the work and then once the corporation has been successfully filed, you will receive a 30-45 minute call with one of our Artist Management team members. They will help guide you further and make recommendations on next steps (opening up business accounts, routing royalty payments on YouTube, SoundExchange, your PRO's, etc.). We will also provide you with some resources so you can learn how to properly utilize write-offs and potentially save yourself substantial amounts of money.
